The rise in digitally enabled patient materials and data-driven connected devices has created the need for a highly engaged and galvanised workforce that can deliver paralleled customer service.

To help GSK achieve this accelerated mindset shift, we created a series of communication pieces that connected on an emotional level with GSK employees, motivating them to embrace rapid change.

The success of this campaign has resulted in a huge uptake in motivation within the organisation and resultant customer satisfaction.
