IN ‘n’ OUT are a trusted autocentre, with 30 garages across the UK offering MOTs and motor servicing. As they expanded they needed to scale up by automating their marketing and driving more customers online.

Using HubSpot for marketing automation, we refined their communications strategy, built a custom integration with Microsoft NAV, restructured their Google Ads account and implemented end-to-end revenue tracking.

As a result of the automation, bookings from emails increased by 13x and email revenue increased by a further 36% from improvements made. The IN ‘n’ Out team also saved two days a month in admin tasks.

As a result of the Google Ads account restructure, the clickthrough rate increased by 135% and Cost per lead dropped 38%.
